Noah Levin
Associate
Noah Levin is a corporate lawyer who focuses his practice on complex transactional matters. He first joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2023.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Levin was a legal intern in the Office of General Counsel for International Affairs at the US Department of the Treasury. During this time, he drafted covered transaction analysis memos based on Committee on Foreign Investment (CFIUS) filings and briefed the Office on how its mandate intersected with litigation pending before the US Supreme Court, among other responsibilities. Mr. Levin also served as a law clerk at a local law firm where he assisted clients on capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and privacy law compliance during law school. He also worked on the judicial nominations process at the US Senate.
Prior to attending law School, Mr. Levin interned for a large government contracting company, a government relations firm, a former Minority Leader of the US House of Representatives and a prior Secretary of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
