Nicolás Schuscheim is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. Mr. Schuscheim has advised on and represented clients in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under a variety of rules, including HKIAC, ICC, ICSID, LCIA, SIAC, UNCITRAL and VIAC rules. He has particular experience with energy, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and luxury goods disputes.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Schuscheim worked in the London and Tokyo offices of another leading international arbitration firm. He also worked as in-house counsel at a major Japanese trading house in Tokyo.
