Nicholas D’Ambra advises broker-dealers, securities exchanges and other financial institutions on a variety of complex regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters, including on US Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and other self-regulatory organization rules and regulations. He was previously an associate in the alternative entities practice at a law firm in Wilmington, Delaware, where he focused his practice on transactional matters involving Delaware limited partnerships and limited liability companies.

During law school, Mr. D’Ambra served as an intern at the US Department of Commerce in the International Trade Administration. He was previously a summer clerk in the government and internal investigations practice at a law firm in upstate New York and a legal intern for a consulting firm in Florence, Italy.
