Milosz Palej is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. 

Mr. Palej has represented clients across a wide range of industries in commercial arbitrations under a variety of rules (including the LCIA, HKIAC and ICC rules), in investment arbitrations, and in litigation before English courts, including in proceedings against states. He has particular experience in financial services, mining and natural resources, insolvency and restructuring, and shareholder disputes.
