Mikayla C. Foster

Senior Associate

Mikayla Foster is a senior associate who focuses her practice on complex commercial and public interest litigation in state and federal court. Ms. Foster also maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on reproductive justice and voting rights.

Ms. Foster represents a wide range of clients, including technology companies, government contractors, and financial institutions. She has experience handling fast-moving and complex litigation on behalf of those clients at all stages of litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Foster served as a judicial intern for the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts and a legal intern for the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. She was also a student attorney at the Boston University Law Legislative Policy & Drafting Clinic.

Before law school, Ms. Foster worked for a congresswoman and on several successful state and federal political campaigns.
