Michael Amato focuses on complex litigation and government investigations, with a particular focus on the environmental, energy and natural resources sectors. Prior to joining the firm, he was a law clerk for the Honorable Carolyn N. Lerner of the United States Court of Federal Claims.

During law school, Mr. Amato served as a legal intern for the Department of Justice and United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and was a member of the Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic.
