Micah Fielden advises publicly traded companies, US and global financial institutions, audit firms, broker-dealers, financial advisors and individuals through regulatory matters in the US and abroad. Mr. Fielden also has a robust congressional investigations practice, representing companies and individuals in US Senate and House investigations as well as before state legislatures. In recent years, Mr. Fielden has advised Indian auditors in US regulatory inquiries; a UAE entity in investigations and litigation arising from the failure of the largest private equity firm in the Middle East; a major broker-dealer that was involved in an industry-wide enforcement sweep conducted by the SEC and CFTC; and has prepared senior executives and chief executive officers to testify before US Congressional and state legislative committees. Mr. Fielden maintains an active pro bono practice and regularly assists former members of the United States Armed Forces with obtaining disability benefits and special compensation for combat-related disabilities.
