Melissa A. McCall
Senior Associate
Melissa A. McCall focuses her practice on regulatory enforcement actions, internal investigations and securities litigation. She has represented clients in the technology, media, and financial sectors before the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. She also shares the firm’s commitment to pro bono work, and has represented clients in domestic violence, family law and LGBTQ+ rights matters. Before joining the firm, she externed for Justice Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar of the Supreme Court of California.
Ms. McCall is a PhD candidate in Jurisprudence and Social Policy at the University of California, Berkeley, and an affiliated researcher in Berkeley Law’s Culture, Diversity, and Intergroup Relations Lab.
