Mark Kim counsels clients on a broad range of international trade matters, including trade and investment policy, economic regulations, and antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings. His practice also includes advising on sanctions administered by the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and export controls administered by the US Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). 

While in law school, Mr. Kim externed at the Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR), where he worked on WTO and USMCA disputes. He was also a research assistant to Professor Robert Howse and civil litigation extern at the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY).
