Madeline Simpson is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. She was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Simpson was an intern at the Volunteer Lawyers Project in the Employment and Consumer Bankruptcy Units. She also has experience interning at the Virginia Law Foundation and Legal Aid Justice Center of Virginia.
