Kyle Ranieri focuses his practice on complex litigation matters.

Prior to his time at the firm, Mr. Ranieri served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Lewis J. Liman in the Southern District of New York. He also served as a legal intern in the Commercial Litigation Branch of the US Department of Justice’s Civil Division where he focused on matters before the Federal Circuit and Court of Federal Claims. As part of Yale Law School’s Housing Clinic, Mr. Ranieri argued successfully before the Connecticut Supreme Court and received a unanimous opinion on behalf of a foreclosure client in M&T Bank v. Lewis. He also served on Kamala Harris’s 2024 presidential campaign as a legal fellow.

Prior to law school, Mr. Ranieri worked for a global business management consulting firm where he advised Fortune 100 companies and private equity clients on matters including M&A valuations and retail sales growth strategy. Mr. Ranieri is a citizen of the Navajo Nation.
