Kenneth Hoxsie retired from active practice in 2015. He concentrated his practice in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, limited liability company and partnership law, and real estate financings. and represented clients in a variety of complex corporate transactions, including raising capital, going private transactions, mergers and asset sales. Mr. Hoxsie also handled the offering of more than $2 billion of equity in public and private REITS.
Mr. Hoxsie represented acquiring companies and target companies in a variety of transactions, ranging from small asset sales to mergers and going private transactions for New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq companies. He also represented clients in the raising of equity capital, including real estate investment trusts.
