Justin Flaumenhaft represents emerging growth companies and venture capital investors on a wide array of transactional and corporate matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Flaumenhaft interned for the Honorable Karon Bowdre of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Mr. Flaumenhaft also served as a program analyst with The Mentor Group, where he helped organize international conferences on legal and economic affairs and managed communications with federal judges, trade commissioners and ambassadors.
