Jonathan R. Wright
Senior Associate
Jonathan Wright focuses his practice on antitrust and competition counseling, investigations and litigation. He has experience working on antitrust matters across a broad array of industries, including healthcare, technology, life sciences, consumer goods and retail.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wright was a staff attorney in the Mergers IV Division of the US Federal Trade Commission, where he represented the agency in various antitrust merger investigations and litigations, including FTC v. Thomas Jefferson University and FTC v. Hackensack Meridian Health. While in law school, Mr. Wright interned in the FTC’s Office of the General Counsel and the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division.
Mr. Wright maintains an active pro bono practice that focuses on immigration and asylum matters.
