Joe D’Amato focuses his practice on internal corporate and government investigations and complex securities litigation matters. He has represented clients in both civil and criminal matters before regulatory agencies including the US Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. D’Amato was an associate at another international law firm, where he focused on securities litigation matters for clients across the retail, financial services, technology and media sectors. He also clerked for the Honorable Kari A. Dooley for the US District Court for the District of Connecticut and externed for the Federal Trade Commission.
