Jane Black focuses her practice on complex litigation matters.

Prior to returning to the firm, Ms. Black was a law clerk to the Honorable Carol Bagley Amon of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She previously served as an analyst in the corporate and investment banking wholesale credit department of one of the world’s largest financial institutions. Ms. Black also worked as an intern for the Securities and Exchange Commission.
