Isaiah Chatman is a corporate lawyer who advises clients across industries on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. He was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chatman was a legal intern for the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office where he handled complex litigation matters. While attending the University of Southern California, Mr. Chatman worked as a legal and content intern for a variety of large entertainment agencies. In this role, he worked with entertainment attorneys and executives on a wide range of challenging transactions.
