Heather Hedges counsels clients on international trade laws and regulations. She has experience advising companies on matters related to customs regulations administered by US Customs and Border Protection, sanctions administered by the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, and export controls administered by the US Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security. Ms. Hedges also has experience advising companies on trade policy and trade remedies.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hedges was a managing associate in the international trade practice at another leading law firm. Before law school, she was a research associate at Cornerstone Research where she conducted economic and financial analysis for commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings in a variety of practice areas including international finance and trade.
