Esperanza Gilbert focuses her practice on complex antitrust and competition matters. She began her career at WilmerHale in 2023. 

While in law school, Ms. Gilbert was an extern with the World Bank Administrative Tribunal. She was also a Henry Ramsey Dean’s Fellow and a Senior Articles Editor for the Howard University School of Law Journal. Ms. Gilbert previously worked as a legal assistant at a New York private practice, where she conducted legal research and managed communications. She has also served as a census manager, spearheading successful outreach for the 2020 Census.
