Erika Schutzman focuses her practice on complex litigation matters and securities enforcement and litigation. Prior to rejoining the firm, Ms. Schutzman clerked for the Honorable Allison D. Burroughs of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Schutzman was executive comments editor for the Boston College Law Review. She also completed a judicial internship for Associate Justice Gary Katzmann of the Massachusetts Appeals Court and was a legal intern in the Estate Planning Clinic at The Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School.

Prior to law school, Ms. Schutzman was a development associate at the Children's Law Center in Washington DC.
