Emily Ivers focuses her practice on complex transactional and corporate matters. She was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2021. Prior to rejoining the firm, she interned for the United States Environmental Protection Agency where she conducted legal research on appellate procedure, tax sales, and agency deference. She previously worked as a research assistant for Boston College Law School.
