Edward Hasen focuses his practice on complex securities and commercial litigation matters and investigations. He has represented public and private clients, including pharmaceutical and technology companies, financial institutions, and corporate executives and directors.

Mr. Hasen also has a strong commitment to pro bono work and was recently part of a team that won a federal trial victory on behalf of deaf and hard-of-hearing prisoners seeking meaningful access to emergency notification services provided by the Massachusetts Department of Correction.

While in law school, Mr. Hasen externed for the Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Enforcement in Washington DC.
