Dan Willey focuses his practice on complex litigation matters including securities litigation and enforcement.

Mr. Willey was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. While attending Boston University School of Law, Mr. Willey was a teaching assistant for Professor David H. Webber and a research assistant for Professor Frederick Tung.

In the Summer of  2013, Mr. Willey served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Janie S. Mayeron of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. The year prior, Mr. Willey was an investigator and mediator with the Cambridge Consumers' Counsel.
