Dr. Cornelia Gersch advises and represents domestic and international companies on intellectual property and copyright law, litigation and dispute resolution, as well as public commercial law and regulatory law. Her practice focuses on complex contentious proceedings. 

She also advises on technology-related M&A transactions. Ms. Gersch has particular industry knowledge in the areas of platform, Internet and telecommunications regulation, collecting societies, technology, financial services and automotive. She also advises clients and publishes articles on art and copyright law.

Dr. Cornelia Gersch is a member of the German Association for Industrial Property and Copyright (GRUR) and the Institute for Art and Law (IFKUR e.V.).
