Conor Gutierrez represents his clients on a wide array of transactional and corporate matters. 

During law school, Mr. Gutierrez worked at another law firm in Massachusetts where he worked on a variety of transactional and litigation matters involving a variety of state and federal laws including the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, Bankruptcy regulations, the Massachusetts Wage Act and Title IX. Mr. Gutierrez also was a law clerk at another law firm in Massachusetts where he helped represent a variety of local businesses in addressing their transactional and regulatory needs including asset sales, licensing, and business incorporation.  

Before law school, Mr. Gutierrez was a litigation and valuation consultant at a a boutique consulting firm in Massachusetts. He provided consulting services for major American law firms related to the valuation of intellectual property and associated damages arising from copyright, patent and trademark infringement.
