Cindy Bi represents clients facing complex litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Criminal Division of the US Department of Justice (DOJ) as a legal intern in the Fraud Section, a paralegal specialist in the Health Care Fraud Unit and a research intern in the Civil Division. Her experience at the DOJ included working on issues regarding criminal prosecution of securities and financial fraud, the False Claims Act and qui tam cases, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines. While attending law school, Ms. Bi was a teaching assistant for an advanced trial practice course.
