Senior Associate

Chastity Threadcraft focuses on corporate transactional matters with a concentration in mergers and acquisitions and general business transactions across various industries, including food retail, aerospace engineering, private education, nonprofits, and securities technology. She has experience with general corporate governance issues, assisting with debt and equity finance projects, corporate diligence, and reorganization matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Threadcraft was a corporate associate at two law firms and was based in Baltimore, MD.

During law school, Ms. Threadcraft was a member of the Howard Law Journal, the Investor Justice Clinic, and several other student organizations. She was also an honors intern for the US Securities and Exchange Commission, a corporate intern at a law firm, and a Legal & Compliance intern at Morgan Stanley. She was previously a congressional aide for Congresswoman Terri A. Sewell.

Ms. Threadcraft has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, and National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for the majority of her legal career.
