
Charlotte Mostertz
Senior Associate
Charlotte Mostertz represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and government and internal investigations, and advises clients on an array of compliance matters. Ms. Mostertz represents a wide range of clients, including technology companies, financial institutions and pharmaceutical companies. She has experience handling complex discovery, drafting motions, as well as appearing in court in civil litigation, and has also overseen document review and production and presented to regulators in fast paced federal investigations. She began her career at the firm as a summer associate in 2019.
Ms. Mostertz also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on advocating for voting rights, immigrant rights and survivors of trafficking.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mostertz interned for the Public Protection and Advocacy Bureau in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Before law school, she worked at a healthcare technology company. and served as an AmeriCorps VISTA.
