Charlotte Geaghan-Breiner focuses her practice on IP litigation matters. Previously, she worked as a summer associate for the firm. Prior to joining the firm, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable LaShann DeArcy Hall in the Eastern District of New York and a summer clerk for the Attorney General’s Office at the California Department of Justice in the Health, Education and Welfare section.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Geaghan-Breiner was a research specialist for the UCSF Medical Center.
