Caroline Greathouse focuses her practice on securities enforcement and litigation matters and maintains a robust pro bono practice. She joined WilmerHale in 2023.

Ms. Greathouse interned with the US Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Enforcement during law school, where she conducted research regarding insider trading and securities fraud. She also served as a student researcher with and leader of UC Berkeley’s International Human Rights Workshop as well as a tutor for the Legal Research and Written and Oral Advocacy programs.

Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Greathouse taught English language learners at Lincoln Elementary School in Oakland, California.
