Ben Goldfein advises emerging growth companies and venture capital investors on a wide array of transactional and corporate matters from inception to exit. Mr. Goldfein’s clients are reshaping high growth industries, including generative AI, biotech, medtech, security, transportation and renewable energy. Mr. Goldfein also has extensive knowledge of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and advises entities of all sizes, from startups to multibillion-dollar organizations and their subsidiaries, on compliance with the CTA.

Mr. Goldfein was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldfein was a legal intern at Synopsys (NASDAQ: SNPS). Mr. Goldfein also served on the executive board of Berkeley Law’s Startup Law Initiative and on the Submissions Team of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
