Ariana Raitano is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional and corporate law matters. She was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.

During law school, Ms. Raitano was a legal intern at the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office in the Consumer and Economic Justice unit.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Raitano served as a Tax Services Associate at Ernst & Young where she focused on a variety of tax matters for public and private clients. She is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Florida.
