Andrew Miller advises companies and individuals as they navigate government and regulatory investigations and litigation. Mr. Miller has counseled domestic and foreign clients on matters related to alleged fraud, money laundering, corruption, violations of securities laws and other topics. He recently represented Goldman Sachs in a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission related to 1MDB, the Malaysian sovereign development firm. 

Mr. Miller shares the firm's commitment to pro bono work, and has represented clients on a pro bono basis in federal and state court on First Amendment and related issues.

Mr. Miller was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2017. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Miller interned for US Senator Mitch McConnell and US Representative Bill Huizenga.
