Anderson To focuses his practice on complex intellectual property litigation matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation. He has presented technology-focused companies in matters before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, US District Courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the US International Trade Commission. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. To was an associate at another international law firm. While in law school, Mr. To served as an intern for a boutique intellectual property law firm in Washington DC.
