Allyson Pierce represents clients in various bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters. 

Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

While in law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William J. Lafferty III of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. She was also a research assistant to Professor Jared A. Ellias, working on several projects related to Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and completed an internship with the general counsel of Enjoy Technology, Inc. 

Before attending law school, Ms. Pierce worked as a pastry chef in multiple restaurants in California and North Carolina.
