Allison Schultz focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, including appellate and Supreme Court litigation.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Ms. Schultz clerked for the Honorable Stephen A. Higginson of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and for the Honorable Dennis Saylor, IV of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Previously, Ms. Schultz was a summer law clerk for the US Department of Justice Appellate Section, Tax Division, where she focused on issues such as constitutional law, federal and civil appellate procedure, and international and tax law. While in law school, she argued before Justice Elena Kagan in the final round of the Ames Moot Court Competition, where her team won the competition.
