Alex Bloom is a corporate lawyer who advises life sciences and technology companies on a wide-range of corporate and securities matters, with an emphasis on public offerings and public company counseling, formation, governance, and the representation of early-stage companies and investors in seed stage, venture capital or other financing transactions. He was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Bloom was a legal consultant for Karyopharm Therapeutics, where he assisted on various corporate matters. While in law school, Mr. Bloom was a judicial intern to the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and a legal intern for Tesaro Inc.
