Adam Gerard focuses his practice on complex litigation matters.

During law school, Mr. Gerard served as a legal intern with the Civil Division of the US Attorney’s Office Eastern District Virginia, where he focused on issues related to affirmative civil enforcement matters and civil rights litigation. He also served as a legal intern for the Hon. Lewis J. Liman in the Southern District of New York. With a professional background in management consulting and policy, Mr. Gerard has advised public- and social-sector clients, as well as clients operating in the healthcare industry. He also has a background in nonprofit organization management, having served as president of a global environmental nonprofit. Mr. Gerard has also advised candidates on electoral policy at various levels of federal and state politics, including as the policy director for a gubernatorial campaign.

Mr. Gerard maintains a pro bono practice focusing on civil rights advocacy and voting rights litigation.
