Abigail Lubow, PhD
Senior Associate
Abigail Lubow focuses her practice on patent litigation and post-grant proceedings. She has extensive experience with complex intellectual property matters involving electrical and computer technologies, including integrated circuits and semiconductors, liquid crystal display devices, and consumer electronics. Dr.Lubow is registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent practitioner.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Dr. Lubow was an intellectual property attorney at another law firm in California.
Dr. Lubow’s doctoral dissertation focused on the use of high-electron-mobility channel materials in metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs). During her studies, she conducted research at Hitachi Central Research Laboratory in Tokyo, Japan and at Sematech, a consortium of semiconductor companies in Austin, Texas.
While in law school, Dr. Lubow worked at an international trade law firm where she assisted U.S. companies in navigating national security-based regulations under the U.S. export control regime.
