Abigail King is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2023. 

While in law school, Ms. King was a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut. Ms. King was also a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic at Boston College Law School, where she represented entrepreneurs on legal matters including formation, corporate governance and compliance.
