WilmerHale Attorney Selected for Alumni Award from University of Texas
The Texas Exes, the alumni association for The University of Texas, inaugurated the Outstanding Young Texas Ex Award in 1980. The award recognizes young alumni who are 40 or under, distinguished in their fields, and have demonstrated a continuing interest in The University of Texas and the Texas Exes. Chugh will be honored at a ceremony in April at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center in Austin, Texas.
Chugh joined WilmerHale in 2010 and is currently a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the Government and Regulatory Litigation and Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Practices. She has taught Health Law & Policy as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center, and is currently a scholar at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown.
Chugh is a 2008 graduate of Yale Law School. In 2004, she graduated with her Master’s in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She received a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Journalism in 1998 from the University of Texas at Austin.
