Diversity Journal included Partner Jeannie Rhee in its Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month special edition. The issue provides Asian lawyers an opportunity to speak out and provide advice and inspiration to minorities, specifically those who are beginning their career.
Among her advice, Rhee shares a lesson learned and career guidance.
"The path of one's career is often crooked, and wonderfully so," Rhee said. "If you keep your head down all the time to make sure you're still on your predetermined path, you often fail to see the unexpected opportunities right in front of you."
Rhee is a partner in the Litigation/Controversy and Securities Departments and focuses on defending clients who are the subject of government-related litigation and investigation, including white collar criminal and securities enforcement cases.
