WilmerHale Partner Jamie Gorelick has been inducted into The National Association of Corporate Directors' (NACD) 2014 Directorship 100, a distinguished honor which annually recognizes the most influential leaders in the boardroom and corporate governance community. NACD is the advocate for the profession of directorship and an authority focused on advancing exemplary board leadership and establishing leading boardroom practices.
"The NACD is honored to recognize these leaders for their commitment to excellence and insights both in and around the boardroom. Corporate directors and governance leaders are strategic assets of the enterprise, and stakeholders rely upon their stewardship to create and sustain long-term economic value," said NACD President and CEO Ken Daly. "The characteristics and values that the NACD Directorship 100 honorees exude are reflective of those that all directors should strive to emulate as they carry out their fiduciary duties."
This year's 100 honorees were recognized during a dinner at the eighth annual NACD Directorship 100 Gala on December 3 in New York City, and featured in the November/December issue of NACD Directorship magazine.
