WilmerHale Partner Seth Waxman, was included on the list of leading appellate attorneys by Legal Times in its Leading Lawyers series. "Appellate Litigation 2004: 12 Winning Arguments" profiled the top twelve appellate attorneys in the nation and of them all, Seth Waxman has argued more cases in the US Supreme Court this term.
