For the second consecutive year, WilmerHale’s Dayton office, home to the firm’s Business Services Center, has been named among the Dayton metro area’s "Top Workplaces" by Dayton Daily News.
Each year the Dayton Daily News hosts the "Top Workplaces" survey, ranking the top 60 companies in the area. Each company is selected based on results from an employee survey, measuring company leadership, compensation and training, and workplace flexibility and diversity, among other factors. The list is meant to recognize the best organizations while encouraging local business improvement.
"WilmerHale’s Dayton office follows the firm’s overall corporate culture carried throughout our offices across the globe," said Harold Gibson, managing director of the firm’s Business Services Center. "We work to provide a comfortable, flexible and reliable environment for all employees. We are grateful that this combination has made for a productive, satisfied and successful team here in Dayton."
Since the Business Services Center’s official opening in September 2010, the office has grown to more than 200 employees who support finance, human resources, information services, operations, document review and management and practice management. The office has enhanced the firm’s business operations and has proven to be crucial in serving clients.
