Jonathan Yarowsky and Rob Lehman Named to The Hill’s “Top Lobbyists 2024” List

Recognition

WilmerHale Partner Jonathan Yarowsky and Senior Public Policy Advisor Rob Lehman, co-chairs of the Public Policy and Legislative Affairs Practice, were named to The Hill’s “Top Lobbyists 2024” list. The annual list honors those who stand out as advocates for their clients on policy issues because of their effectiveness, experience, knowledge and reputations in the nation’s capital.

According to the publication, “The lobbyists on this list are some of the best in the business and have been go-to advocates during a year defined by unprecedented political events, legislative logjams, federal spending cut crusades and big rulemaking swings by the outgoing Biden administration.”

Yarowsky provides clients with strategic counsel and multi-branch advocacy across a broad array of policy areas. Over the course of his career, Yarowsky has combined his government experience and varied policy background to build a multi-dimensional practice that spans not only legislative and regulatory strategy and advocacy but also congressional investigations and administrative practice and procedure.

Lehman’s practice focuses on government relations and developing and implementing strategies to help clients achieve their objectives in Congress and in Federal agencies. With more than 20 years of experience on Capitol Hill, he is well-equipped to address critical issues ranging from trade, tax, energy, homeland security, transportation and financial services to healthcare, competition and intellectual property.
