Nora Passamaneck Recognized in Profiles in Diversity Journal's Asian Leadership Awards

Profiles in Diversity Journal (PDJ) has named WilmerHale Partner, Nora Passamaneck, as one of 18 outstanding individuals recognized in the magazine’s fourth annual Asian Leadership Awards. According to the publication, those named include leaders that have been standouts in creating a legacy of being caring and thoughtful in their guidance of teams and young staff. They have earned respect for influencing peers, mentoring new leaders and engaging in their communities. 

PDJ features Nora in their announcement, recognizing her leadership as chair of WilmerHale’s Western Region Diversity Committee and as an active member of the Denver hiring committee. The publication also calls out her integral role in the firm’s evaluation of its hiring and retention processes, including how it identifies and recruits summer associates, the roles mentorship plays in retaining lawyers and staff and how to foster a sense of community across offices.  

In Nora’s feature profile, she refers to law as a “constantly- changing puzzle.” Her profile further describes the principles she attributes to her success and happiness.
