Seramount has named WilmerHale to its list of “Best Law Firms for Women & Diversity” for the 16th consecutive year, once again recognizing the firm’s commitment to fostering diverse lawyers.

Seramount is a research firm dedicated to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. Each year, it conducts an in-depth survey to identify the top 50 law firms that utilize best practices in recruiting, promoting and developing women and lawyers of color. Seramount’s annual list, which has expanded to include benchmarks surrounding race and ethnicity, honors law firms that are committed to creating pathways for underrepresented lawyers to achieve leadership roles.
