Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (MLW) has named David Gold to its list of Go To Construction Lawyers, which recognizes leaders in the Massachusetts legal community.
According to MLW, Gold “is widely recognized as a trusted advisor to the commercial real estate industry.” Gold’s profile highlights his construction and commercial real estate industry knowledge by showcasing his ability to handle a wide range of legal issues, from drafting contracts and negotiating deals, to navigating complex environmental, zoning and land use regulations, to representing clients in court and before regulatory agencies. In addition to his nearly two decades of construction law experience, Gold’s practice includes several related fields, such as real estate law, environmental law, energy law and litigation.
Gold is also an active member of the legal community at large. In 2021, he was named a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. He currently serves on the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Regional Real Estate Development Leadership Council, and is a member of the American Water Resources Association.
