The Denver Post has named WilmerHale among the Top Workplaces in 2023, recognizing the firm’s continued growth in the Rocky Mountain region.
The publication partnered with Energage Inc., a third-party employee engagement firm, to conduct an anonymous survey of workers from small, midsize and large businesses in the Denver area. The workplaces named to the list were recognized based solely on employee feedback about various aspects of workplace culture, including leadership, values, direction, communication and benefits.
“I am enormously grateful to the WilmerHale Denver team for being such wonderful colleagues and for all they do every day. Together we serve as leaders of the Rocky Mountain region’s business community and are dedicated to growing the economy and providing quality, world-class legal and client services,” said Mindy Sooter, WilmerHale Partner-in-Charge.
This year, 150 companies—including businesses, nonprofits, government contractors and law firms—were named to the exclusive “Top Workplaces” list. According to Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, the annual list features companies that set themselves apart “by giving employees a voice and showcasing an authentic culture.”
In previous years, WilmerHale was also consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work by Denver Business Journal, most recently in 2021.
